About Vimbo
A former principal teaching schools how to lead with AI - and stay human.
Vimbo Watson holds a Master's in Education from Andrews University and certificates in AI from Harvard Business School Online and Google. As a former elementary principal, she knows what real classrooms need - and what they don't.
Through the Build a Better Tribe framework, she partners with K–12 leaders and educators to integrate ethical, human-centered AI into school workflows - reducing burnout, reclaiming time, and protecting the relationships that keep students coming back.

- Do you offer virtual sessions?
- Yes. All sessions are available in-person or virtual, with the same hands-on experience either way.
- Can sessions count toward CEU credit?
- CEU certification is available upon request for all professional development engagements.
- What geographic areas do you serve?
- Vimbo is based in the Washington, DC and travels nationwide for district and conference engagements.
- How far in advance should we book?
- Fall dates typically fill by June. We recommend reaching out at least 6–8 weeks before your desired date.
- Do you work with individual schools or only districts?
- Both. Engagements are available for individual schools, full districts, and educational conferences.
